Payment of Costs and Fees
Reunion Registration Fees
The Reunion registration fee of 375SR per person is billed under the line item “Welcome Packet & Badge Collection”. The cost is only listed under the Bundle Administrator’s name and is multiplied by the number of additional family members to get to the total.
Payment due at Badge Collection
With the exception of the Riyadh, Jeddah and Abha trips discussed below, all other costs on your invoice will need to be paid in cash (SAR) when you collect your badges in Dhahran. Please note that we do not have the ability to accept credit cards or any currency other than Saudi Riyals. There are many options to change currencies including at the airport, your hotel, pulling cash out of an ATM, etc.
Riyadh Multi-Day Trip
The advertised cost of the Riyadh trip was 1050SR. The payment for this trip has been split into two separate payments, one which needs to be paid directly to the hotel for your room, which can be paid via credit card when you arrive at the hotel, and a 375SR payment (per person) to be paid at badge collection in cash (SAR). The remaining portion of the cost is what we estimated for your food costs on the trip which you will pay on your own. Please note: We did not include the hotel or food costs on your draft invoice.
Jeddah Multi-Day Trip
The advertised cost of the Jeddah trip was 1050SR. The payment for this trip has been split into two separate payments, one which needs to be paid directly to the hotel for your room, which can be paid via credit card when you arrive at the hotel, and a 240SR payment (per person) to be paid at badge collection in cash (SAR). The remaining portion of the cost is what we estimated for your food costs on the trip which you will pay on your own. Please note: We did not include the hotel or food costs on your draft invoice.
Umrah: For Jeddah trip registrants who will perform Umrah, you will only need to reimburse the Reunion Committee for their pre-paid tour cost of 240SR in cash at badge collection. You can then arrange all of your hotel and transportation arrangements at your own expense as you like.
Abha Trips (Multi & Single Day)
You will pay the full cost of your trip directly to the tour operator. They are currently having issues with their credit card processing service, so we don’t know if that will be on arrival in Abha, or prior. We will send out an email to all registrants once we get more information.
Reunion Sign-In and Badge Collection
